Dr. Avakian is so kind & knowledgeable, but her bedside manner is what is exceptional. I have a complex past medical history and she’s taken the time to discuss each one with me. I’ve also gone to her for acute issues and she really listens, does a thorough assessment, and discusses her thoughts and plan of care with me.

Then her front staff Tommy in particular has excellent manners on the phone and in person, which nowadays not every MD office has. Tommy is kind and calm, and will genuinely help however she can. When you are sick and not feeling well, her way of speaking to patients is key, it really goes a long way and is truly appreciated

I am blessed that you are my doctor! I have the greatest confidence in you and your abilities. You always listen to all my concerns and I never ever feel rushed by you or your staff. By the way your MA Leo is one of the best ones I've ever met and your receptionist Tomie is the sweetest lady in the world. Again I'm so grateful and honored to have all of you. I can really feel you all care about me and my health. Especially on my last visit when I had the worst pain in my ear and you took time to really see what was the cause of the problem, your diagnosis was spot on and I feel 100% now.

Dr. Avakian has been nothing been exceptional in her service and care for me as a patient. She has taken time out of her weekends to call me and check in on me when I was in need of extra care. It’s hard to find a PCP who listens to your symptoms and truly wants to help you find a solution. I am thankful I have found that in Dr. Avakian! Can’t wait to see her again soon!
